NLP – The way we respond to common situations and questions, that we have been programmed to respond to in a certain way.
So once we understand the concept of NLP, we start to see in ourselves and others; pre-programmed responses. If we observe this we can start to build a resource that says, if I say “X” someone will respond in this way and if I don’t they will respond in another.
The key is to remove the questions and statements that dictate a negative NLP response and add questions that elicit a positive NLP response. This will cause our prospect to think.
So how do we do this? In a nutshell, follow the script! Each question has its meaning and its order and when we put it together we create best practice with best outcomes.
NLP is not just limited to language, it is inbuilt into our body language too and body language NLP cues have big impact. Look at your closest friends and family, you will notice you share similar body language traits; this is evidenced by massive rapport and trust.
